Analyze the cultural and artistic achievements of the Mughals: Students will be able to appreciate the significant contributions of the Mughals to Indian art, architecture, literature, and music. Evaluate the impact of Mughal rule on Indian society: Students will understand the ways in which Mughal rule shaped Indian society, culture, and religion. Compare and contrast the reigns of different Mughal emperors: Students will be able to compare and contrast the policies, achievements, and challenges faced by different Mughal emperors, such as Akbar, Jahangir, Shah Jahan, and Aurangzeb.
