What will i learn?

• Upon completing the study of Chapter 5, "Quality", students should be able to: 1. Understand the Theme of Quality Identify and explain the central theme of the story, which is the importance of quality over quantity and the value of integrity in work. Discuss how the shoemaker's commitment to quality reflects broader themes of honesty and pride in one's craft. 2. Analyze Characters Describe the key characters in the story, especially the shoemaker and the narrator, and explain how their personalities and actions support the story's themes. Analyze the shoemaker’s character as a symbol of dedication, skill, and moral integrity in an increasingly profit-driven world. 3. Interpret Moral Values Recognize and reflect on the moral lesson of the story: that true success comes from hard work, dedication, and integrity, rather than from monetary profit or taking shortcuts.
