Outcomes
  • After peaceful protests against the planters and landlords led by Gandhi, the government agreed to abolish the exploitative tinkathia system. The peasants also received a part of the money extracted from them as compensation.
  • গান্ধীর নেতৃত্বে আবাদকারী এবং জমিদারদের বিরুদ্ধে শান্তিপূর্ণ প্রতিবাদের পর, সরকার শোষণমূলক টিনকাথিয়া ব্যবস্থা বাতিল করতে সম্মত হয়। কৃষকরাও তাদের কাছ থেকে আদায় করা অর্থের একটি অংশ ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসেবে পান।
